Wow - It is great to see how our class has spread out into the world! I am married with four amazing kids, and I enjoy a variety of sports (Skiing, Dirt Bikes, IPSC competition, and Biking). Artistically, I still enjoy Photography, as well as writing. Professionally, I became very interested in the dark side of computers - hacking, viruses, spyware and more. My current job is to design high security computing environments that are hacker proof. My terrific wife and I love to travel around the world, and we have several favorites we return to often. We live in Kent, and have homes elsewhere for getting away from the rain. Despite our great experiences elsewhere, the Northwest always seems to be home for us.

50 years..who would have ever thought!!! I have many fond memories of our years together and hope you are all doing well too! Since happily retiring from the Edmonds School District, Curt and I have built a new home at Warm Beach enjoying family, beach, swiming, boating, crabbing, and our great community of friends! Life is so good! Staci lives close by with our 17 year old Cade and 15 year old Emma. Our 22 year old grandson, Drew, lives in Florida with our son and family and his 20 year old brother is moving there too, to live and work together. We love spending lots of time visiting our son, Derek, and wife, Dawn, and Ryder 9, Dax 6, and Saylor 4.
The purpose of life is to believe, to love, to hope, and to strive....Go Spartans!

I have been living in San Diego, CA since 1976. I have been married for 39 years to Jeff Anstett. I have two daughters, Alycia (32 years) a graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara, and Christina (29 years) a graduate of University of San Diego. I have four granddaughters, one grandson, and another granddaughter due February 2020. I am still working as an elementary substitute teacher and a therapeutic massage therapist. I enjoy the beach, reading, and am still thoroughly enjoying participating in jazz, lyrical, and hip hop yearly recitals. I attend dance class as often as I can! I look forward to our 50th reunion!!!!

In 1973, while studying at UC Berkeley, I became a Christian, which has remained the primary passion of my life. I returned to Seattle in 1976 where I married and finished my education. We left the area for good in 1984, and I have been teaching Greek and Latin language and literature here in a small New England liberal arts college for women for over 20 years. In 33 years of marriage, Kathy (née Johnson) and I have raised four children and have two grandchildren. After all this time, I feel a lot of sympathy for the struggles we passed through together at Shoreline, experienced in different ways but with the same burden of growing up against the obstacles of our environment and our own discontent and personal shortcomings. But that’s finally passed now! I would really welcome the chance to see you all again, and if the current pictures are to be believed, we could make a fresh start of it.

Moved from the hustle and bustle of downtown Seattle work after 15 years to the mountains and slow living of Darrington on 8//8/88. I have just the one daughter that most of you remember (Rachel) 39 years old and my step son Brian 37. Rachel has 1 son Alex who is 15 and Brian has 2 little boys Dorian and Casten 6 and 5.
He recently has hooked up with Suzie Murdock's daughter Jennifer and they are expecting a baby I think in December. She has two children also. So lots of Grandchildren. Hope to see you in August.

Many changes have happened since my last entry. We moved to Lewiston from our 40 acre farm in Orofino because of my husbands health. He passed away last August after fighting cancer for 4 years. I now live in a condo with my 2 dogs Gidget and Gizmo. We now have 3 grandsons:11years,7 1/2 years and 6 years. I enjoy sewing, playing cards, and spending time with family.
I was in Alaska teaching after college. I spent 20 years there in Southeast around Juneau. Met my husband there. He was teaching music and I was teaching 4th and 5th grade. We left in 1993 after 20 years. We moved to Idaho where we finished raising our 3 children. I went back to work and taught for 15 more years. We are both retired and live on 50 acres in the north central panhandle of Idaho. Our area is rich with history from the Lewis and Clark expedition. Our children are all married and we have 2 grandsons. Life is wonderful. Sorry I missed the 40th. I'll hopefully be at the next one.
